This pottery fig leaf is hand made in my pottery studio from stoneware clay. I print the dish with a fig leaf from my gardden capturing the detailing of the veins in the leaves. I then hand paint it in a loose painterly style. The leaf is glazed in a transparent glaze and fired twice in Kylie my kiln.
The pottery leaf dish is perfect to display in your home if you're a plant lover like me. It has many uses keep it on your dressing table for your jewellery, can be used as a soap dish or for anything you choose.
