Workshop Description
This is a half day pottery workshop w here you will learn how to prepare clay and centre it on the pottery wheel. I will teach you how to form the inside of a pot and pull up the clay to form cylinder and bowl shapes. This is a small informal class of up to 3 people, where you'll get lots of teaching time and have your own pottery wheel for the entire class. The day starts with tea or coffee and cake and a demonstration from me. We will then wedge some clay and get started! When the workshop is finished you can choose your favourite piece and pick a glaze colour. I will then fire and glaze your pot and post the finished piece to you as a lovely keepsake of your day! I HAVE POTTERY EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP VOUCHERS AVAILABLE TO BUY AS A GIFT YOU CAN FIND THEM IN MY SHOP.
